    Welcome Form
  • Congratulations and welcome to the International Leadership Network!

The Grand Board of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and the International Board of the B’nai B’rith Girls lead, manage, and support the Movement’s teen leadership and membership via the International Leadership Network (ILN). The ILN is the core of the Movement around the world—it builds, shapes, and leverages the power of AZA & BBG and Jewish teens worldwide.

You can get involved in the ILN in four ways:

    1. Counterpart Networks: Groups of teens with similar responsibilities in their communities.
    2. Committees: Opportunities for teens to work together to plan events, mobilize the Movement, work toward a shared goal, or explore a topic together.
    3. Clubs: Teens from around the Movement can start a club around a topic, hobby, shared identity, or passion that they're interested in.
    4. Experiences: Groups of teens unite in-person or virtually for travel, education, and Ambassadors exchanges.

You only have to fill out this Welcome Form one time for all the things you will do on the ILN this year. After you fill this out, head to bbyo.org/lead to sign up for Committees, start a Club, or find an Experience to go on.

Ready? We are too, let's go 😎 🥳

  • How are you getting involved in the ILN?

There are dozens of ways to be a member of the ILN—without or with a leadership position.
  • If you also want to be a part of a committee this year, you don't need to fill out this form again.

  • ILN: Counterpart Networks 🤝

Every community board member is a part of a Counterpart Network. Think about it as a group of teens who are all working on similar things. You use your Network to learn about new tools, share best practices, and see what's happening around the world.
  • Read the descriptions below to figure out which Counterpart Network(s) you think your position in your community aligns with the most. If you are not sure, click "Other" and describe your responsibilites—we will help you figure out where you belong!

  • ILN: Committees 🧩

There are dozens of opportunities for teens around the world to work together to plan events, mobilize the Movement, work toward a shared goal, or explore a topic together.
  • If you want to sign up to be a member or apply for a leadership role in a Committee, head to bbyo.org/lead (after you finish this form!).

Any teen from any community can apply for a Committee, no qualifications needed.

Be sure to check back often, we are always adding new things!
