    1: A review of your application.
    2: Short telephone call with our People & Culture team.
    3: A shortlist process where we will ask for further information and documents.
    4: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in a formal interview process to assess your experience and background.

Our safeguarding infrastructure will ensure best practice is followed and therefore applicants will be subject to rigorous checks and our interview process will prioritise safeguarding.  

    As part of our application process, we will ask you to provide details of your full employment history and at least three professional references for the past 10 years (including your current Head of School or organisation), which will be verified during the interview process.  Please have to hand a copy of your passport, birth certificate, attested educational certificates, police checks for every country in which you have lived and experience letters for the past 10 years.

      To demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding, your referee will be asked if they know of any reason why you should not have access to children.

      To further protect our students, it’s mandatory to gather a reference from your current employer before you receive your employment contract.
