    INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM
  • To facilitate the student’s process, the following “online application form” consists of information and documentation required for the call aimed at 2019 applicants.

    All recently admitted students and those with one more semester for some type of mobility program must be registered in this online platform. This registration number will make it possible to issue an acceptance letter, undergo Double Degree courses (when necessary) and make intercompany charges.

  • After requesting the Dual Degree and before arriving in Brazil, it is necessary to present the following documents:

     

    • High School Transcript (notary stamp from the Brazilian consulate);
    • High School Diploma (notary stamp from the Brazilian consulate);
    • Birth Certificate (notary stamp from the Brazilian consulate);
    • Academic Transcript – presenting brief explanation of each subject and its respective workload. Required directly at your University (notary stamp from the Brazilian consulate);
    • Course description – presenting brief explanation of each subject and its respective workload. Required directly at your University (notary stamp from the Brazilian consulate).

    Attach the following mandatory documents. The formats allowed are: pdf, zip, jpg, jpeg or png (Limit File Size: 1024 kb)
  • Application forms with incomplete information will not be reviewed. Incomplete applications or incorrect documents will not be accepted.

    Academic record or transcript must contain: full name, program, courses and respective grades, credits/hours and semester/year attended.

    The document must include letterhead, signature, and stamp. Documents submitted without following these specifications will not be accepted.

    Note: Students from other institutions who transfer to their home universities or between programs and are able to transfer credits, must have a credit transfer document.

    Indication Form must contain a full list of courses the student wishes to take. The document must be dated, signed and stamped by the department and Program Director. Documents submitted without following these specifications will not be accepted.

    The syllabi must contain all necessary course information: goals, contents, number of credits, study plan, methodologies, grading mechanisms and bibliographic references.

    Indication Form:

    This option is intended only for students who must take courses to finish their career at their home university, which is required to submit the Indication Form indicating pending courses.
